I also face the same problems. when worked from the precompiled binaries kept at the website.. every thing works well but when working from my own compiled versions there are weird problems that occur such as one you pointed out. If Mathias wants i can share the pdf which causes issues.

Error that pops up: JPEG parameter struct mismatch: library thinks
size is 360, caller expects 376

I need more pdf output options for pdf2swf. For swfstrings, I need
foreign language support. I am not sure because I saw it being
discussed but it still doesn't seem to support it. I am working on the
same project as Fred.
