[Swftools-common] external libraries carried in-source

Hello,

It seems to me that the ocr0.h include in lib/devices/ocr.c is not
needed. From a quick look, this seems to be an internal gocr header and 
I think that using anything else than gocr.h and pgm2asc.h (or files
included within those include files, like pnm.h) should be avoided.

It builds without with the attached patch, don't know if it works.
