Thanks for your answer.

I have found the problem. It would be great if you mention in the 
documentation that tu use  pdftoswf only type1 fonts --- not type3 --- 
must be encolsed. For people who
use TeX at the begining of their production chain they must mandatoryly 
use the lmodern or cm-super or aeguill styles.
