[Swftools-common] Problems with swfcombine and pdf2swf with custom viewer

I'm having two different problems.

1. I used pdf2swf to convert a pdf file. File looks fine. Then when I do a swfcombine with my viewer, some of the text on the slides ends up as lines.

   Example: http://eps.apprisor.com/testing/viewSWF.htm  slides 2-8 should have text in the lower right corner. The "viewport swf" can be seen standalone at http://eps.apprisor.com/testing/sand.swf.

2. Second problem is trying to using the -B option with pdf2swf. I'm also using the -s insertstop option.
I get a FATAL   Failed to open `swfdump.

Any help on these two issued would be greatly appreciated.
