Hm, I dimly remember fixing that. I'll have to look at it again.
In any case, you can correct the frame count by running
swfcombine -d file.swf -o file.swf
on the file.

Ah, good you spotted that. Seems the -n option got under the wheels
of the rewrite of avi2swf in version 0.5.0. I'll put reimplementation
of it on my TODO list.
