[Swftools-common] Version 0.5.0

I saw in the changelog the following:

* Makefiles: added MingW/Cygwin support

Does this mean that it can now be compiled to work on Windows? If so,
has anyone been able to successfully do this? If so can the Windows
version be posted or sent to my email? I hate to ask so many questions,
but I'm a newbie to linux and I'm having so many problems.
