I already offer them:

and they're current. 2-day rotation, runs daily.

I'm east coast US, but they're compressed with lrzip so a full dump is
only about 9.4GB in total.

I'm also, to my knowledge, the only dump source that has them available
via rsync as well, so that may help you out.
