There's not much to it, more than likely if you using the distributions Berkley 
DB libraries it wont even be required.

If you built & installed BDB then you'll want to update it, ie for BDB-5.2:

BDBLIB=-L/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.5.2/lib
BDBINCLUDE=-I/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.5.2/include
PREFIX=/usr/local
LIBDB=-ldb-5.2

Do you have all the required caml build tools installed? Whats the build output?
