Looks good. As a word of warning, though, PGP/MIME is known to *not*
work with older versions of Mailman. Older versions of Mailman will
break PGP/MIME signatures.
I'm making no policy recommendations here: just want to make sure people
are aware of the Mailman issue with respect to PGP/MIME.
