Another point:  right now, "fixing" merge_keyfiles be cause SKS to
reject keys that had trust packets.  That seems reasonable to me,
since I don't see any particular good reason to use merge_keyfiles on
a GPG or PGP keyring directly --- you can just use send-keys, after
all.  Does anyone think of this as an important feature?
