Hi,

It's pretty impossible to track these problems with line number (on my copy 
5869 does no longer mean anything because each time a string is added to 
Savannah, it changes everything).

But keep assured that people doing translation look at fuzzy declaration when 
they update the files.

Summary:  Translation Bug

Original Submission:  Re-declaration of message "Add a Mailing List" in 
fr_FR.po file. First declaration is at line 404 (OK) and the second is at 5869 
(fuzzy declaration).
