hey, good morning, i am cesar from Colombia, my problems is that i can not 
to attach files in phpgroupware-0.9.14.003. 
my php.ini is:
register_globals = on ;

upload_tmp_dir = C:phpuploadtemp ;

upload_max_filesize = 10M ; its ok?

session.auto_start = 1

please answer to address@hidden
