[Savannah-dev] Bug submissions via e-mail

Hello,

Please forgive the intrusion but I have been unable to get this question 
answered elsewhere (including google).

Is there any way to submit bugs to a Savannah project via e-mail as 
opposed to the web form?

If possible could you please CC me directly since I am not a member of 
this mailing list?
