Yes Mantis is a good Bug tracker. We use it on TuxFamily.  It  is  quite
well wroten, and it seems that is is not  very  difficult  to  integrate
into savannah. Mantis is a full web  bug  tracker  with  all  the  usual
functionalities.

There is a demo on thier web site.
