Hi

thanks for the prompt reply
the document is totally confusing for newbie

If you are a total newbie, ie, know nothing about TCP/IP and firewalling,
you'll have a very hard time starting with NuFW. If that is the case, read
and understand docs from www.netfilter.org first.

i would like to have some kind of steps to deploy this
iam able to compile and able to excute the nufw and nuauth
iam able to see the when i does ps -ef

but what is the default configuration to be done in the part of iptables

Some tips for building rules are available here:
http://regit.free.fr/nufw/content.php?article.11
If you know about TCP/IP and netfilter you will easily understand these.

how to configure my user side config

Install a client (nutcpc or nuapplet on linux), and run them
(nutcpc -U username -H servername) or man nutcpc.

You're done on client side. No other client config needed.

Vincent
