I used Debian (Mint) and I can reliably reproduce this to complile, I never tried on a Mac. I normally use Windows and gave up on that.
I'm afriad I'm of little use to you, hopefully someone else who uses a Mac will reply!

Hi Again Dave. I'm not on a Linux. I'm in a MAC. But it is based on Unix. Even in this case, do you think I will get some issue? Thanks a lot. Rodrigo Pimenta Carvalho. To fix it, in the top directory of the project, run the following command: $ git submodule update --recursive --init Then try the compilation again. But, I'm getting problems to compile it. For example, the compilation process complains that the file "submodules/externals/ffmpeg/library.mak" can't be found. How many files is there in total for the linphone-android checkout? I just want to be sure that my checkout didn't fail. Thanks a lot.
