I'm trying to build a win32 dll of iiwusynth. I am using cygwin32
but the configure script doesn't seem to generate a win32config.h
file that is requiered by the makefile. Anyone have any pointers or
a pre-built binary they could send me?

I've been building the win32 version without problem (using VC++).
If you wish, I can send you (off list) a binary.
