[iiwusynth-devel] building a win32 dll

I'm trying to build a win32 dll of iiwusynth.  I am using cygwin32 but the 
configure script doesn't seem to generate a win32config.h file that is 
requiered by the makefile.  Anyone have any pointers or a pre-built binary 
they could send me?
