If I do that, I get a
#error No MIDI driver specified
in iiwu_midi.c

So I removed instead the iiwu_midishare.c file from the project, and 
it compiles now. Will it run, I dont know yet, I still have to setup 
a test app.

(Strange, I dont get the messages that I myself send to the 
iiwusynth-devel list).
