ps: the patch also fixes iiwu_voice_noteoff -- current cvs sources
contain a wrong value (pow (11.,) instead of 10.) and a weird
linebreak.
Weird indeed. (That's why iiwusynth is better than the others because
it pushes a little further, up to 11 instead of 10 ;)
pps: if jack is installed, --disable-jack-support does *not* disable
jack support.
I fixed it. All in CVS now.
