[iiwusynth-devel] [patch] all notes off

hi all,

i've implemented midi cc 123 (all notes off) in my local tree; a patch
against current cvs is attached.

ps: the patch also fixes iiwu_voice_noteoff -- current cvs sources
contain a wrong value (pow (11.,) instead of 10.) and a weird
linebreak.

pps: if jack is installed, --disable-jack-support does *not* disable
jack support.
