hurd image crashes

After a while the Hurd image seems to crash with this message printed
repeatedly:
(default pager): dropping data_request because of previous paging errors
Is there any workaround for the problem? I'm assuming it is already
reported.
(maybe this should be on the bug-hurd list?)
