[Help-gnu-radius] Question about Free Radius configuration

Dear all of FreeRadius User

My name is Joe, working for some network company in Korea. 

During the FreeRADIUS installation, I've got some trouble. That's why I am
sending this e-mail to all of your guys. 

I installed Cygwin and FreeRADIUS Program on the Windows 2003 Server. I've
already complied RADIUS program and edited configuration files on Cygwin
program.

But, when I run the RADIUS Demon with "./radiusd file in /usr/local/sbin
directory".

 I've got this error-message like below:

With "./radiusd -X" command; I've got a lot of message text, but, I don' t
know what is problems like below: (even don't know if it's problem or not!)

Using deprecated naslist file.  Support for this will go away soon.

Unfortunately, I am totally Beginner to handle Linux and RADIUS.

Could you please help me if anyone knows how to solve it?
