[Help-gnu-radius] unknown client

I tried to use radius with NAS, but the authentication doesn't work. It
reads in my radius.log:
(AUTHREQ tera2 3 riikka): request from unknown client
I have added this tera2 to clients, client.conf and naslist -files. What
could be wrong?
