[Help-gnu-radius] callback with SecurID authentication Token code is no more valid

Hi,
 I 'm using SecurID for authentication,
I configure my Cisco to callback my users.
It works very well but there is a big problem:
when Cisco do the callback it requires another authentication for my
user.
But the token code that I write when I dialin is no more valid,
the RSA Token code change every 60 seconds, so it tell me that
authentication fail and callback fails too.
My Nas router takes more than one minute to callback my client.
How can I avoid this?
I think that I would configure  my NAS cisco to do not require
authentication after  callback
On my Cisco router I use Group-Async1 interface
I add in my raddb/users AVPair = "lcp:nocallback-verify=1".
But it doesn't change nothing
What is wrong?
