gtags -O on windows

I'm running the Win32 version downloaded from
http://adoxa.altervista.org/global/. OS: Windows 7 Pro.

Whenever I run:
   gtags -O

I get:
   gtags: Objdir not found.


I've tried various combinations of MAKEOBJDIRPREFIX and MAKEOBJDIR
environment variables, but no luck.

I realize that Global is written for UNIX so some options might not
work on windows. But I if anyone on this list knows how to make this
option work it would be appreciated!
