it was not removed - i renamed it to:
README_HNODE.ORG_WEBMASTERS.org - because it is specific only to
one instance - IMHO, that information does not belong in
the upstream repo - i would put that on the h-node wiki instead

it is mediawiki syntax - i added that as a note at the bottom of
README.txt - im not familiar with the easygiant wiki format -
if that is different, it should probably be in that format
instead

i did not look into it - that note only means that i did not
need to modify mysql config on the debian/unstable VM i used for
testing - either that 'STRICT_TRANS_MODE' is the new default, or
that note in the README can be removed

sure, presuming that you plan to release tarballs - otherwise
just "Clone the VCS to your www-root"
