This may seem strange coming from me, but after much thought I believe that, if
we can use the FSF's help to do this, we should. So long as full control over
how the other 90% is spent is left with GNUstep without fear of interference
from them.
I also have no problem with SPI, but I do see the FSF as the more logical
choice.
