The tokens used in the traditional GNUstep key binding file, i.e. Shift-,
Alternative-, and so on, are now supported in addition to Apple's.

I added some new tokens which I think are suitable for the new text input
management system. To get the idea, see InputManagers/StandardKeyBinding.dict.gnustep.

For those who would like to try it, rename StandardKeyBinding.dict.gnustep to
StandardKeyBinding.dict.  Edit it in accordance with your preference.

To easily see how a key stroke or a sequence of key strokes, is actually bound to a message in runtime, add the option --GNU-Debug=NSInputManager to the command line
when invoking an app.
