Currently contact_phone.gsd has them stored as type=string length=30.
Currently GNUe SB will have primary focus on US business (unless foriegn
contributors put forth efforts to make it otherwise). The idea was to
store the number w/o any formatting and use 'input' masks in forms to
display. At the time input masks didnt exist at all (and I have visited
them since they came about). The main reason i has split area code,
prefix, suffix is the healthclub that originally was driving the boat
asked that it be done for entry that way. So I was do this and an
example of 'validation triggers' for samples to meet needs. I suspect
after playing with input masks this will be changed to single field with
mask formatting.
