      1. What was great about the meeting? Name one or two of your
         favorite things.

A lot of GNU hackers! :)

      2. What could have been better? Again, one or two things, along with
suggestions for improvements if you have them.

Too short! People need some "warming up" time to start feeling
comfortable with other people, and relaxed. I think that for next
editions would be good to get back to the long-format: 3-4 days plus
day-before and day-after.

      3. Was there anything missing from the meeting? Or, alternately, was
there some part of the meeting we could have done without?

N/A

      4. What about focus -- did we have a good focus? Too broad, too
         narrow?

Ok.

      5. What about the size? Do you want the GHM to be bigger in the
future? How would you feel if there were 100 people there?

Yes, I want more GNU people attending :)

      6. What about colocation? Did this influence your decision to
attend? Was it a good thing or a bad thing?

Maybe more people attended because they were attending GUADEC as
well. I don't know. For me, colocation was irrelevant.

      7. Any other comments?

Thank you again for the good organizational work, Andy. I think we
should set up a "little award on the advancement of the GNU Project"
for the local GHM organizers :)

Finally, we need someone to organize the next meeting. It can be
anywhere in Europe, but getting a supportive venue is key. Of
course it helps if the location is easy to get to, and
cheap. Interested? Reply to this message then, and we can sort it
    out!

The Mallorca option for September/October 2011 is not just a joke. I
will be talking with some local GNU Spain hackers there. Let's see.
