Not working. You can use OpenType fonts, but not their
"OpenType Layout" tables with FreeType 2.
Note that this is only useful to text layout engine,
and sophisticated one, that is. Pango and ICU already
provide their own OTL parsers so we fell little hurry
to update this code for the moment.
