[Freetype] Does sbit only truetype font supported by the Freetype2 ?

Hello,

I made a Bitmap only truetype font with the embed-ttf(perl) script

It contains dummy glyphs #1
 http://chem.skku.ac.kr/~wkpark/project/font/iso10646/gBeoGeumDal.ttf.gz

another one contains no glyphs #2
 http://chem.skku.ac.kr/~wkpark/project/font/iso10646/nBeoGeumDal.ttf.gz

under the Windows98 #1,#2 works fine, under the WinXP only #1 font works
(these have a 'gasp' to use sbit always in it)

but under the linux(RedHat8.0 with Gnome2) It does'nt work at all

What's the problem ?
