The archive seems to have a problem:
# tar tzf ERW-1.0.10-alpha1.tar.gz

gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file
tar: Read 6439 bytes from ERW-1.0.10-alpha1.tar.gz
tar: Unexpected EOF in archive
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now


I thought you were ignoring the request .. sniff sniff :)
