Hi edu-people,
thank you very much for your input so far.
I have submitted a summary to the author and expect an answer at the end of 
this week.
We probably proceed how it was suggested, the questions will be submitted to 
the edu-lists for comment, additionally individual interviews will be 
conducted. 
Doing it this way, FSFE might get its 'own column'.
