Follow-up Comment #4, bug #18319 (project dotgnu-pnet):
Haven't managed to verify it yet - I've spent all day trying to get Portable
.NET to build on Windows, and now I've managed, it never seems to pick up the
changes when I edit FileStream.cs. Any hints on compiling under cygwin? It
seems to be quite poorly documented.
