I diddled with it some.

The timer.Enable exception has been averted (bug 6201)[1] by moving
the statement around.

The exception related to resources has been simply deleted
(reference to a nonexistent icon).

Code reformatted to look a little prettier, but no major
modifications were made.

Runs (flawlessly?)[2] now in w/pnetlib CVS [2003-10-27]...
