i dunno, when should i put it up? where should add it? is there someone 
"in charge" i should talk to? nb?

oh ya, i have a question about the webpage cvs. i was given rights to 
write to it and i changed a page (posters.html) but it didnt show up 
when i looked at the webpage online http://www.dotgnu.org/posters.html. 
did i change the wrong page?
