Hi all -- this patch implements the File.Copy internal calls in
engine/lib_dir.c and support/dir.c by doing a byte-by-byte copy (no C lib
calls used). It's not the greatest impl, but it does work (as far as I've
tested), and please feel free to rip it apart.
