[DotGNU]Pnetlib-status update

Hi All,
        I spent some time making pnetlib-status better today .... and
have fixed up link into pnetlib-doc for the missing things... All
of you who are tracking it can now click the missing method/property
etc and get to the pnetlib-doc documentation hosted on dotgnu.org..

tested against konqeuror & links here ... (my mozilla is corrupted..)
