Is there a web interface for a project admin to administer the various project specific tables?  I wanted to add selections to the group drop down and category drop down for bug submissions.  I was able to do this after playing around with psql for about 10 minutes and noticing the ?group_id values attached to my various project urls(i.e. INSERTs to bug_category and bug_group).  Just curious...  Thanks!
