Wow. Those are a lot of important symbols. Perhaps the System.map file does 
not match? What happens if you try:

# insmod /lib/modules/2.4.21-27.0.2.EL/misc/dazuko.o

Does this fail and generate the same big list of unresolved symbols in 
/var/log/messages (or "dmesg")?
