[certi-dev] latest RTIA build error in Visual Studio

Eric,
I fixed few build errors (please update CVS), but one remains: RTIA
seems to include both libcerti.hh and libhla.hh and both files contain
the MSVS typedefs.

What I get is:

14>d:\projects\certi\certi\libhla\libhla.hh(33) : error C2371: 'int8_t'
: redefinition; different basic types
14>        D:\Projects\certi\certi\include\certi.hh(37) : see
declaration of 'int8_t'
