[certi-dev] Network Message rework.

Hi All,

I have finally manage to commit the "Network Message" rework.

Network Message classes may now be fully regenerated from
CERTI_NetworkMessage.msg.

This is a relatively huge diff  :-)

Please update your CVS tree ASAP and and/or backup your current tree
if you have uncommited modifications.

More explanations on the benefit of this work later.

I did not have time to test on Windows any volunteer are welcomed.
