No. 1:
Nobody would ever want to put file:/// into an HTML document intended
for the Internet. I'm not asking for that.
No. 2:
Everybody needs to be able to put *relative links*,
../../index.html
../index.html
index.html
bla.html
into a HTML document.
That's what I'm asking for.
And that's what the former HTML Helper Mode did fine.
No. 3:
Nobdoy should be encouraged to hardwire fully qualified https links when
a simple relative link to a page in the same directory is called for.
