I don't know how you got that.

I admin the GNU make project on Savannah. There is _no_ capability in
my project to enable any bug tracking. I look at the admin "Edit Public
Info" screen and I can enable/disable tasks, news, support, patches,
mailing lists, and cvs, but nothing to enable the bug system. If I cons
up a URL for the bug tracker using the GNU make project ID (71), it says
it's been disabled.

My understanding was that it was not enabled at all because they wanted
to integrate GNATS with Savannah, rather than using the default
SourceForge bug tracker (which _is_ not all that great, esp. in
SourceForge 2.0 which is what Savannah is based on).

If you look under the Savannah project you'll see a task there for GNATS
integration; there has been nothing done on it forever.

There have been no announcements to the Savannah project saying that
any kind of bug tracker is available.

I have a support request in the Savannah project asking about this for
over a month, with no response.

So, until your message, yes, I was sure. Now I don't know what to
think: maybe I'm just a second-class citizen :).
