[Brad] bliff/brad update: The Return of the Exporter

Hello friends.

I've updated the bliff/brad snapshots and documentation to
the current state.

Most important changes:

    * Radiance export works again!
    * ranimate works as well (basically)
    * Sky setting are completed (no HDR mapping yet)
    * 'brad' theme :)
    * updated to Blender 2.41 (no changes necessary)
