Again, it's not that simple. Axiom builds on linux systems using GCC
but I tried to build Axiom on FreeBSD again last night and it fails
due to complaints from GCC. Specifically the complaint I mentioned
about "Initializer element is not constant".

I still don't know what that is about nor how to fix it.

And we haven't even mentioned the MAC yet :-)
