[Aleader-dev] how to xfer ISO images?

I failed to upload the ISO on the first try.  Using FTP is difficult
because my bandwidth is only 30 kbytes/sec and I can't figure out
how to restart if the connection breaks accidentally.

After aleader-20030726.iso failed, I tried aleader-20030726.0.iso and
then aleader-20030726.1.iso.  I speculate that aleader-20030726.1.iso
contains the complete image, but I don't know how to tell ibiblio
about this file.

I can serve the ISO via rsync.  Would it be possible for ibiblio
to request the ISO using rsync?
