I think the hairstyle as you had it in your sketch did a very good job
at capturing that simultanous old and young look. Maybe you could
change the final version a little bit to look more like the sketch.

As for the hair color; I like how you did it. Not sure how it would
look like with a bit of yellow or red ... might be a bit too much in
my view.

As for Risartus and consorts: done very well :-). Although I am
wondering if they are too close to the originals. Maybe a slight
change to the hair or beard to look more medieval might be in order,
but I'd rather hear some more opinions first.
